So this one’s my awesome, cinematically-inclined friend’s blog (try saying that five times fast). He reviews lots and lots of awesome (and not-so-awesome) movies, and makes me realize that movies are (or at least can be) a whole lot more than crazy killer-robots attacking each other and an inexplicably-giant-sized mouse, that was crossed with a giant squid and a jellyfish.
Also there’s this one, run by the prolific and entertaining author, Chuck Wendig, whose writing advice and flash fiction challenges have helped me through many a writerly trial.
Finally, there is Libre d’etre, which I visit for advice on life, and because, on top of being my friend, the author is so wonderfully human.
